Clean up the 'Sooty Six'!

The 'Sooty Six' are Connecticut’s oldest and dirtiest oil and coal fired power plants.  The Connecticut Coalition for Clean Air is working to change this - Join Us!  The total cost for meeting all of the requirements of House Bills 5209 and 5315 under worst case assumptions is about $0.23 per month per typical residential customer. - (Testimony of David Schoengold)
